「ジャパンにGO!!」 yokosojapan応援歌起用 郷ひろみさんが国交省訪問

 「ジャパンにゴー!!ゴー!!」

 新曲「Come On Baby」が政府のビジット・ジャパン・キャンペーンソングに起用された歌手の郷ひろみさんが16日、東京・霞が関の国土交通省に冬柴鉄三国交相を表敬訪問した。

 郷さんは自身の渡米体験から「外国にいくことで自分の国を改めて理解し、誇りに思えるようになる」と語り、外国人観光客の誘致活動に積極的に協力する姿勢を強調。冬柴国交相から協力への感謝状を手渡された。

 キャンペーンソングの「Come On Baby」は旅をテーマとした郷さんらしい声量を生かしたアップテンポの曲。ヨーデルの要素を取り入れたり、英語バージョンも収録するなど国際性を意識しており、日本のファンだけでなく外国人観光客への訴求効果がありそうだ。

 ビジット・ジャパン・キャンペーンは、政府が2002年に策定した「グローバル観光戦略」に基づく外国人旅行者の訪日促進活動。当時、年間500万人程度だった訪日外国人を、10年までに1000万人に倍増させる目標を掲げている。

 해외에서 불이 붙은 일본의 애니메이션·붐을 배경으로, 아키하바라에도 늘어나 애니메이션 관련 상품이 줄선 「나카노 브로드 웨이」에 외국인 오타쿠가 모여 오고 있는 것 같다.골든 위크의 연휴에는, 현지 상가가 외국어의 가이드 북을 배포해 외국인만 대상의 추첨회를 개최, 「외국인에게 상냥한 상가」를 PR 했다.

 40 년전에 오픈한 「나카노 브로드 웨이」상가는, 80년대에 헌책 만화의 「MANDARAKE」가 출점, 이래 애니메이션 「셀화관」, 「코스프레관」이나 간판을 파는 「변이나」 등, 서브 컬쳐계의 가게가 서서히 증가해 90년대에는 원조 오타쿠의 성지, 서브컬쳐 문화의 발신지로서 알려지게 된다.근년은, 아키바로부터도 게임과 피겨로 인기의 「아소빗트시티」가 진출.현재, 동상가의 전340 점포 중 약 반수가 「오타쿠 관련」의 숍이 되어 있다.중앙선 연선에 애니메이션 제작 회사가 점재하고 있는 일도, 나카노에 오타쿠 문화가 꽃 피는 기초가 되었다.

 근년, 소문을 우연히 들어 「나카노 브로드 웨이」를 방문하는 외국인객이 해마다 증가해 동상가 진흥 조합에서는, 유학생이나 나카노구 거주 외국인이 실제로 걸어 돌아 마음에 든 가게를 소개받는 가이드 맵을 작성, 영어, 중국어, 한글어로 표기된 타블로이드판 8 페이지가 완성했다.최종 페이지에는 간단한 회화의 도움이 되는 「손가락으로 가리켜 회화표」를 각 언어로 게재했다.이 연휴에는, 「나카노 브로드 웨이」입구에 Yokoso! JAPAN!(와)과 환영의 간판도 설치해, 홈 페이지도 영어의 안내를 개설했다.

 나카노는 지금, 오타쿠 문화의 성지로서 세계로부터 주목받는 관광지가 되고 있는 것 같다.

Broadway Nakano is making proportional representation to foreigners.
It is making multilingual guide map and events for foreigners.

Shopping street of Broadway Nakano promotion union (Chief Director as Takeshi Aoki) is aiming “Shopping street kind for foreigners” and “Shopping street as a place for international relationships”. They are making multilingual guide map and having events for foreigners.

Broadway Nakano union has lots of shops which sells Anime related products, used comic books, and character figures. For that reason the shopping street is attracting attentions as a heart land of Otaku culture from not only inside but outside of the country. In addition, there are more than 300 unique and varied shops concentrated in one building and it is known as a inside-building shopping street that can be enjoyed from the child to the elderly person. The number of foreign tourists that visit such an attractive “shopping streets of Broadway Nakano” is increasing every year. Shopping street of Broadway Nakano promotion union has made a research “What kind of shopping street is kind to foreign people?” They came up with 4 answers.
1. The guide of the signboard and the shop etc. are displayed in the foreign languages.
2. It corresponds politely even if it is a foreigner. (An easy foreign language is used )
3. The product is made and advertising is made by foreigner's aspect. Or, the foreigner is related to the production of advertising.
4. Existing of the product made for foreigner.
Then, the multilingual guide map for the foreigner decided to be made first of all. A guide map is page 8 of the tabloid version. It is written by English, Chinese, and Hangul by using the photograph and the signature a lot, the international student, the big fan of Broadway Nakano and the foreigner of the Nakano Ward, walk actually on each floor, and it introduces surroundings, what catches his/her eye, and the one that the concern was pulled.
Moreover, "Pointing conversation table" to help an easy conversation is published in the final page in each language. The guide map begins distributing in Broadway Nakano on Friday, April 27. The making of multilingual guide map received support from the district as a promotion business of Nakano Ward shopping street regional community.

Holding of events for foreigners.
Moreover, lottery in which only foreigner's customer can participate is enforced for two days, the fifth and May 6. In order to participate in lottery you must bring ID (such as passport, school ID, etc.) which shows that you are foreigner. The participation commodities are digital-camera(5 people), I-pod(5 people) and Wachified’s glove-puppet and postcard for drawing a miss. The event of the shopping street intended for the foreigner seems to be extremely unusual.

Since it is Kids day on May 5th, it presents the stroll balloon (There are four kinds Japanese midget Shiba, a pointer, Corgi, and miniature Ducks) to the child to the school child to the first 300 people at 2:00PM.
